There are many men who will think that wearing lipstick or a skirt is a pussy thing to do. There are some who hate or fear any social & cultural change or evolution. There are some who are confused as to what Men’s Fashion Freedom really is. Most annoying there are some who would take great delight giving the philosophy of Men’s Fashion Freedom some kind of ironic post-modern twist consequentially making it a mess & meaningless.

MIEN'S FASHION FREEDOM is not JUST ANOTHER TERM FOR TRANSVESTITISM

Those who follow the philosophy of Men’s Fashion Freedom are ‘gender honest’ this basically means any follower of Men’s Fashion Freedom philosophy will not try to pass themselves off as a woman; they don’t adopt a female persona & attempt to deceive people that they’re women. Instead followers of Men’s fashion Freedom philosophy considers themselves men & always present themselves as men what ever they might happen to be wearing. In fact the perception of many involved in the Men’s Fashion Freedom movement is that many transvestite activities actually do harm to the Men’s Fashion Freedom movement in the quest for fashion equality & emancipation.

MEN’S FASHION FREEDOM IS NOT CROSSDRESSING

The typical dictionary definition of crossdressing is to dress in clothing typically worn by members of the opposite sex, which might seem an apt description of the practice of Men’s Fashion Freedom. However Men’s Fashion Freedom has the philosophical viewpoint that clothing shouldn’t be labelled male or female, that clothing shouldn’t be gender prejudice, that clothing should be gender blind. So generally those in the Men’s Fashion Freedom movement don’t consider what society might describe as female clothing as female clothing so believe crossdressing is a non applicable or void term. In fact Men’s Fashion Freedom considers that the term crossdressing a very unhelpful term as it reinforces the gender clothing apartheid.

MEN’S FASHION FREEDOM IS NOT A SEXUAL PERVERSION NOR FETISH

The practice of Men’s Fashion Freedom is about using what often considered female clothing as means to gain fashion equality & fashion emancipation. It’s not the practice of using articles of female clothing for sexual arousal.

IT’S NOT A DENIAL OF MANHOOD

As explained already explained Men’s Fashion Freedom isn’t transvestitism neither is Men’s Fashion Freedom pseudo transgenderism, So Men’s Fashion Freedom isn’t gender illusion, its not about any kind of gender deception or gender alteration, Men’s Fashion Freedom isn’t the denial of manhood. A man wearing a skirt, dress, long hair or make up doesn’t make any man less of a man.

IF IT IS ACCEPTABLE FOR WOMEN TO WEAR TROUSERS..THEN SHOULDN’T IT BE ACCEPTABLE FOR MEN TO WEAR DRESSES?
